I bring a strong combination of technical, design, and communication skills that support both field and office roles in construction and project management. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing me to communicate effectively with diverse teams and subcontractors.  My technical abilities include proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, blueprint reading, and performing accurate quantity takeoffs for materials and cost estimating.

I also have hands-on experience building and designing homes, supported by a solid understanding of construction processes and safety practices.  I hold an OSHA Safety and Health Card, ensuring I follow industry standards and promote a safe work environment.

Alongside my technical strengths, I excel in communication, team collaboration, and coordinating with others to keep projects moving smoothly and efficiently.
